You waited long enough. Remove the ALQUIMIST Vermut Bag and pour the macerate into a larger jar with tap. Use a coffee filter, if you're really picky.


⚙️ Recommended: IKEA VARDAGEN, jar with tap 5 l, measuring jug 1 l
Open your light white wine and add 3 parts of wine for every part of macerate, e.g.
- 500 ml macerate + 1.5 l wine
Add some sugar syrup.
Be careful. You can always add more sugar. But you can't remove it. Start with like 5% of the total mix, like
- 1 l mix + 0,05 l syrup
🆘 in case your mix feels too medicinal: dilute. Prepare a blend of plain vodka and white wine. Add to the mix until tamed.
